Order processing time

On the product page, you will find detailed information about the time we need to prepare the product for shipment. We start processing the order immediately after receiving payment. In the case of traditional bank transfers, the order processing time is extended by the time required for the payment to be credited.

Order fulfillment times may be longer due to the complexity of personalization, as well as during promotional campaigns.

After your entire order has been assembled, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier, type of shipment, and recipient's address. Typically, this takes up to 2 business days. If you chose to pick up your order at an InPost Paczkomat® (parcel locker), the shipment will arrive at your chosen point within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment of dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address provided when placing your order.
